Subject	Do stock rear springs and struts need adjustable camber?

Message	I'm replacing my rear shocks and springs with stock parts on my 90' TT and have the parts being shipped to me right now. Question 1: Would putting in the SPL pro rear upper arms be just a waste of money since I'm using stock springs? Question 2: If the long-term plan is to install Volk GT-C 18" wheels, should I be installing the Eibach springs and lower the car 0.8" instead of replacing the stock springs?
